These terms apply to communications with Klick Stream, the creator management platform operated by Kings Holding LLLP, and to the SMS messaging program described below.
SMS messaging program
Program: Klick Stream sends text messages to content creators and partners who work with us, covering onboarding, document requests such as tax forms, asset review, support replies, and payment status.
- Opt in: Text START to (949) 849-9158, or agree to SMS contact during onboarding. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Varies with your activity; messages are generally conversational replies, and a typical participant receives fewer than 10 messages per month.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
- Help: Reply HELP, or email admin@kingsholding.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Content on our sites is provided for information only and may change without notice. We make no warranties as to its completeness or accuracy, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
