Klick Stream ("we", "us") is the creator management platform operated by Kings Holding LLLP. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, business and tax information required to pay you (such as a W-9), and the content of messages, documents, and creative assets you send us. We also keep basic technical records of our communications, such as timestamps and delivery status.
How we use information
We use your information to onboard you, communicate with you about your work with us, review submitted assets, process payments, meet tax and legal obligations, and provide support.
SMS messaging
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and only as required to send those messages or as required by law.
If you text us or agree to receive text messages from us, we send messages related to your onboarding, document requests, asset review, and payment status. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us; a typical participant receives fewer than 10 messages per month, and messages are generally sent in reply to your own. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance, or email admin@kingsholding.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Details of the program are on our SMS updates page.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to operate our business and to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing admin@kingsholding.com. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications, such as email.
